At Mystic Dragon, we stand by the quality and authenticity of the products we sell. While we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations, we understand that issues can arise. Below is our official return policy for Trading Card Game (TCG) products, and other merchandise.
Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

Sealed TCG products (booster packs, boxes, decks, etc.) cannot be returned. This includes items purchased for Rip & Ship.
- Singles (loose cards) are final sale. Condition will always be disclosed prior to sale, and we do our best to provide accurate listings. If you believe a card was misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
General Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted for defective, misrepresented, or counterfeit items. Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction is not grounds for a return.
- If a product is found to be counterfeit, Mystic dragon will take full responsibility and issue a refund or replacement.
- All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us within the return window. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and include all original packaging.
- Store credit or exchange may be offered in place of a refund at our discretion.
- If an order is cancelled, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
