Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. These prices are set by the carriers and cannot be negotiated, except in cases where an adjustment is required (e.g., items removed from your order due to exceeding product limits).
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary and may take longer depending on customs processing and destination.
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided only when the option to ship a tracked package is selected as the shipping option, if you do not select tracked package, it will not have tracking..
Shipping Delays
Mystic Dragon is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. We do not work for these shipping companies, and any delays beyond our control should be addressed directly with the carrier. You are responsible for the safety of your own package. We do not reimburse lost or stolen packages. Make sure that your package is being shipped to a safe area and make arrangements with your carrier to ensure that.

- Orders are processed and shipped during business hours (Wednesday - Sunday, 12 PM - 8 PM).
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
